Rinse and repeat until highly efficient workflows and needle-moving experiences have been identified at a high level of quantitative confidence. Leveraging prototypes for usability testing can help achieve these goals.
Works closely with their development team to finalize design & requirements specifications- and staying on board to help with testing, and ensure the intended Interaction Design meets maximum accessibility and usability standards.
*No significant development effort should take place until it is proven that current processes (not just design) can be greatly improved.

What about Artificial Intelligence?
In 2025, it's impossible to plan forward-thinking user experiences without considering the impact of Artificial Intelligence, or "AI" ...
I have recently learned to create and train AI chat agents to interact with humans and address their questions in my client's products and web sites. The chat on the bottom right of this very website is just one example. Like most of us I'm learning more about AI capabilities and practical uses every day!
